Serco Group Board – supporting the Board on its responsibilities for assurance and corporate governance.

Audit Committee – liaising closely with the committee and coordinating the work of the internal auditors on its behalf.

Corporate Communications/PR – providing information and support on assurance issues.

Company Secretary – providing support on development and dissemination of appropriate policies, guidance material and reports.

Business Divisions – supporting on assurance issues. Each division has an Assurance Representative who reports to the divisional board and represents the division at quarterly assurance network meetings facilitated and chaired by CAG.

Related functions (HR, finance, security, insurance) – controlling and disseminating policy documents and monitoring policy implementation.
