Safety Critical Areas
The vast majority of our activities involve relatively low risks to health, safety or the environment. But we do have contracts in a number of areas where the hazards are greater, and for these we have specific safety processes. Click on the links to learn more:
Aviation Safety - we provide air traffic control and civil aviation support services in the UK, US, Canada, South Africa and the Middle East. And we provide military aviation support services in the UK, US and Canada.
Rail Safety - we operate rail and light rail networks in London Docklands, Manchester, Merseyside and Northern Rail in the UK, in Copenhagen and across Australia.
Nuclear Safety - we manage the UK's Atomic Weapons Establishment and provide inspection and testing services through Serco Assurance
Marine Safety - we operate naval support services in the UK and Australia
