Leadership Challenge

We encourage all of our Directors and Senior Managers to develop and maintain a high degree of self-awareness and commitment to their personal development. In order to support this we have developed the Leadership Challenge. This is a multi-threaded, interactive scenario based course where there are many routes that can be followed, but the decisions you make affect the Serco share price.
