2008 was the seventh year that Business in the Community (BiTC) produced a corporate responsibility index, which Serco were pleased to be part of.
Each year Business in the Environment also publishes the BiE Index, now established as one of the UK's leading indicators of companies' performance in managing their environmental impacts.
