To manage Serco’s business activities within Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Switzerland and The Netherlands we created a single entity that incorporates the operational and language requirements of our clients.
Locally we have individual subsidiary companies and Support Offices to ensure our compliance with national practice, culture and legislation. These companies produce policies, processes and procedures that respect all three. This ensures that we treat staff fairly and with consideration whether they are local or expatriate. It pays dividends through our ability to recruit and retain people and that has a beneficial knock-on effect for our clients.
