Serco provide support for the complete IT infrastructure, including spacecraft operations IT support through a separate contract, to the European Space Agency (ESA). The Service Level Agreement driven contract was awarded to Serco in 1998, whilst Serco managed the original task based contract for ESA from 1980 to 1998.

International Agencies

Serco has a long history working with International Agencies that goes back some 30 years. The list of client organisations includes: the European Space Agency, European Commission, European Organisation for Particle Physics Research, the Joint Research Centre and European Patents Office.

We provide a diverse range of services from engineers who assist in the development of satellites and the trajectory analysis of rockets deploying satellites, electrical engineering support to particle accelerators, IT support to the MEPs to the delivery of maintenance and operation of 24x7 network support.
