Non-core Services
Serco’s approach to non-core support services is to remain flexible and open. We have many diverse contracts from routine facilities management activities to the delivery of power converter or cryogenics support. Supporting all of these activities is the Serco Management System which has been built up through our proven experience in delivering over 600 contracts today worldwide.
Our management system has developed over the past 40 years. It assists our staff in being able to meet the challenges at the different stages of a contract’s development from contract Phase-In and during routine operations.
