Due to our continued success we have an opening for an Experience Researcher in our London office. We are looking for someone with creative design skills and visual flair to assist in the creation of novel concepts, wireframes, mockups and visually communicate research insights. We are also big fans of video and use it as a tool to communicate research findings. The person who will join our talented team will also have a strong desire to get involved in user research studies. As such this is the ideal role for a creative individual looking perhaps to move from a design role to an experience design research agency.
The successful applicant will have:
- Proven design skills and a good working knowledge of relevant design oriented software
- Experience of or an aptitude for experience research activities (including ethnographic research, users needs gathering, concept development and usability testing)
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral and particularly visual)
- A keen interest in new innovations and technology
- Proven understanding and experience of business sectors
- At least a Masters level education in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- Effective teamwork skills and eligibility to work in the UK
- An outgoing and confident personality
- Excellent computer and document creation skills
