Simon Herd

Research Director

Simon has worked for many years in user experience design and business analysis for web, kiosk, mobile and voice applications. Simon has occupied senior positions within Natwest and ntl, and has a background in IT and human sciences. He is instrumental in running the UXalliance and contributed to a book on international usability testing. Simon also regularly presents at the UXMasterclass events, organised twice yearly by UXalliance partners. Simon is a fitness enthusiast and dedicated rugby fan.
