Jennifer has worked on various studies concerned with the usability of websites and mobile phone interfaces and is particularly interested in social networking on mobile phones. Jennifer has a background in Social and Cultural studies and has previously conducted field research into consumer purchasing behaviour. Jennifer enjoys tennis, swimming and going to the gym as well as shopping.
