Kate McCluskey

Principal Consultant

Kate is a senior team member with lots of experience in project management and field research. She employs a broad range of techniques to generate research insights. Prior to joining Serco, Kate was part of the user experience team at Sapient. Kate is the artist in the group and her workspace has been described as an "art installation".
