Managing Consultant

Simon has worked for many years in user experience design and business analysis for web, kiosk, mobile and voice applications. Simon has occupied senior positions within Natwest and ntl, and has a background in IT and human sciences. He is instrumental in running the User Experience Alliance and is currently contributing to a book on international usability testing. Simon is a fitness enthusiast and dedicated rugby fan.
