PlayableGames help Sony increase visitors to European PlayStation Portal by 120%
PlayableGames provided user feedback during development to enhance usability of eu.playstation.com, the European PlayStation Portal, helping to increase its total visitor count by over 120%.
The user testing it carried out allowed developers to identify areas to be refined to meet the users' expectations. It also helped them to understand which designs worked best for the site's audience.
