Welcome to the Serco Institute Resource Centre, a unique online library dedicated exclusively to the discussion and study of topics relating to public service reform. It is intended to provide a first point of reference for industry figures, public officials and researchers working in this area.

The Resource Centre is maintained by the Serco Institute, a UK think tank offering research and thought-leadership on the use of competition and contracting in public service reform and the development of sustainable public service markets. Wherever possible we have provided electronic links to the original sources. Where a report, book or article is not available online, we have provided detailed references and publication details.

The selection of documents referenced on the Resource Centre is by no means complete. Its current content reflects a variety of different Serco Institute projects over the years, and we are presently embarking upon a significant expansion plan. If you have any enquiries, comments or suggestions then please contact us here.
