Corporate Support includes those back-office management services - administrative, professional, technical and logistical - that assist government departments, agencies and organisations to succeed in the delivery of core public services.
There is a body of theoretical and review literature in this area, in particular from the UK and Australia where the outsourcing of certain corporate support services has a long history.
