Responsible PPP Procurement for British Columbia The Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships , 2005 Analysis of a survey of PPP stakeholders in British Columbia (BC). Workshop participants provided feedback on best practice and future avenues to improve sustainability of PPP markets in BC.
