- A Surrey authority where we provided an interim Head of Legal and Democratic Services to cover their recruitment process and implement a number of legal procedures on behalf of the Council;
- A London Borough where a team of 5 led by one of our Service and Business Change Managers are currently being provided as part of the Council's long-term major Business Transformation programme into ICT Service Delivery;
- A Dorset local authority where we provided a highly experienced interim Senior Manager to help implement a number of innovative processes in Adult Social Care;
