Group Management Structure
Our group structure devolves decision making downwards towards our customers, while the Serco Management System ensures an upward line of accountability and control to the Group Board. Layers are tightly interlinked by managers with dual accountability - taking personal responsibility for the layer below them and sharing responsibility for the layer above, as members of its management team.
