Dividend Re-Investment Plan (DRIP)

The DRIP is a scheme that gives shareholders the opportunity to use their cash dividend to buy additional shares in Serco at a low rate of commission. The shares are purchased on the payment date, or as soon as reasonably practicable after the relevant dividend payment date. The prevailing market price at the time determines how much is paid for new shares purchased from the market on the dividend pay date.

To join the scheme, you simply have to complete a form and send it to our registrars who administer the scheme. For more information or a form please contact Computershare Investor Services PLC directly.

You can have your dividends paid directly into your bank or building society account in sterling. Either complete the dividend mandate form attached to your dividend cheque, or contact our registrars.
