Organisation and Leadership

We help organisations achieve a step-change in performance by re-designing organisational structures, improving management and leadership skills and through advanced change management methods. We also analyse and improve the way people perceive their working environment and apply their skills and experience to achieve business and personal goals.   

Our Organisation and Leadership Service Line is headed up by ER Consultants - a niche Human Capital Management consultancy acquired by Serco in December 2007. ER have a number of high-calibre specialists who deliver the following services:

  • Organisation Change - helping clients to change organisation structures, processes and governance.
  • Change Management - ensuring the success of change programmes by helping clients build the human resource infrastructure.

  • Business Psychology - defining, assessing and developing business-critical behaviours to align people and performance with organisation strategy.
  • Organisation Development - developing organisation capability in dynamic situations aligning people, processes and systems.
  • Reward - improving motivation and commitment of employees through the design of innovative reward & recognition systems.
  • Diagnostics - conducting the basic research and diagnosis which provides the understanding and insight for our work.
