Our Organisational Psychology and Change Service team:
Blends psychological science, critical thinking and commercial pragmatism to help clients improve the way people respond to their working environment and release the discretionary effort that achieves business and personal goals.
We provide the following services:
Business Psychology - helping take the risk out of selection decisions and development spend by defining, assessing and developing business-critical behaviours within key projects and people through tailored leadership programmes and coaching
Talent Management - creating and aligning all people management process to achieve a high-performance culture
Organisation Change and Development - helping clients to change and align structures, processes and governance within dynamic environments. Ensuring change programmes are successful by addressing the human side of organisations.
