EDRM Training
Serco Consulting can deliver a series of EDRM training courses that cover all aspects of electronic records management. These courses were commissioned by AIIM, the Enterprise Content Management Association. The ‘ERM Certificate Program’ is delivered to small groups of clients in a classroom setting, with some parts also accessible online.
As the authors of the courses, we are uniquely qualified to deliver them. In addition to a thorough understanding and appreciation of their contents, our consultants bring their consultancy skills, practical experience and industry knowledge to the training.
Training is organised into three main courses that can be delivered alone, in various combinations, or as a tailored special event:
- ERM Strategy covering strategic elements of ERM at a high level
- ERM Concepts covering the key ideas required to understand ERM, leading to the AIIM ‘ERM Practitioner’ certificate qualification
- ERM Process covering the key ideas required to plan the implementation of an ERM system, leading to the AIIM ‘ERM Specialist’ certificate qualification
