Information Audit
An information audit (also known as a records audit, or information survey) is frequently the first stage in many kinds of EDRM project - from an EDRMS implementation through to the development of a digital preservation strategy. It will establish the nature and extent of the information to be managed and is a sensible starting point for further consultancy.

Questionnaires, software tools and personal interviews are often used in conducting an information audit and our consultants will recommend the most appropriate methods. We then provide subsequent assistance at various levels - from occasional expert support to execution of the entire audit and analysis of results.
