Specification of Requirements
As the developers of MoReq and MoReq2, Serco Consulting has developed a particular expertise in the specification of requirements. Our expertise extends beyond MoReq to other relevant guidelines (such as ISO 15489 and The National Archives Functional Requirements) and international requirements (such as US DoD 5015.2).
We have worked with organisations of all sizes in a variety of sectors, defining their EDRM requirements and producing a formal statement of requirements tailored to our client's particular needs.
Wherever possible, our consultants work closely with client staff to develop a specification of requirements. This ensures a high level of commitment to the emerging requirements and the inevitable compromises required.
