We have distilled this into an approach - People Led Transformation, that has helped organisations across both the public and private sector improve their chances of successfully rolling out major change programmes.
We have identified the critical success factors that enable People-Led Transformation to succeed and have used Serco’s operational and client-based experience to develop tools and methods that can be tailored to a client's particular challege. The two offerings we have developed are:
- Health-check tool that allows us to work with our clients to identify factors that are not being utilised within the Transformation Programme;
- A set of tools and methods associated with each factor, which increases the Transformation Programme’s impact and the likelihood of achieving the expected business outcomes.
