I joined Serco thirteen years ago! Six of these years were with Serco Leisure, three with Serco Integrated Transport, in an operational and delivery environment, and the last four have been with Serco Consulting.

This varied experience within Serco Group has put me in a unique position where I have both understanding of working within Operations and as a Consultant, enabling me to appreciate the client environment perspective as well as the consulting perspective. 

I have specialised in Process Excellence and Project & Programme Management.  Most recently I project managed the future national governance structure and processes for a brand new organisation. 

The most enjoyable aspect overall is working with people. As in most jobs, I have found team work is essential.  Serco Consulting has a whole spectrum of personalities but we all share the same core values - working to Serco’s governing principles.  This is vital and what brings us together.

Serco Consulting just brings so much opportunity, not just within itself as a division but with the wider Serco organisation.
