Serco is working in partnership with the UK Ministry of Defence, AgustaWestland and Lockheed Martin to improve the availability of Merlin helicopters for operational deployment. As part of the Integrated Merlin Operational Support (IMOS) team, we have introduced a new 'pulse line' at RNAS Culdrose that reduces the time that the aircraft spends under maintenance.
