Facility CMIS provides an integrated room booking facility for conference offices allowing institutions to find spare capacity within the teaching schedule and generate income. This is a useful function when looking for meeting rooms or for one off extra curricular activities which require teaching rooms.
It simplifies charging for room use. Various costing structures are provided such as flat rate, per hour, per person, per group or per hour and it can differentiate between charges for in-house or commercial users.
