We engage in providing support and leadership for sustainable organisational and cultural change management and in truly integrated services. Our strategic partnerships are helping to secure sustainable and measurable improvements across a range of service outcomes.

Serco has worked with the National College of Schools Leadership for many years, training over 1500 school leaders and contributing to the development of many of its national initiatives including Leading from the Middle (LfTM), the Leadership Programme for Serving Head teachers (LPSH), and the Headteachers’ Induction Programmes (HIP). 

We deliver the Leadership Programme for Serving Head teachers in Wales on behalf of the Welsh Assembly Government (WAG), and have just been awarded a contract by WAG to deliver the Professional Headship Induction Programme throughout the country, a programme underpinned by coaching and mentoring.
In the States of Jersey we have devised a suite of Leadership Development programmes that successfully develop Leadership capacity throughout the education system and ensures that the States of Jersey can meet its ambitious educational change agenda.

The Serco Extending Leadership programme addresses the issues of schools, governors and CSAs spending valuable time and money on seeking interim and federal heads. It is a sustainable leadership approach that develops and supports existing high calibre school leaders by building local capacity to eliminate the need for interims.
