Facility Scheduler deals effectively with routine timetable planning as well as any unexpected changes that might occur. It manages both time and resources to ensure their most efficient use.
A pre-defined list of potential circumstances is included in the package but the module can also be fully programmed to match unique requirements. Rules and strategies can be defined to meet individual situations with priorities and restraints set in advance.
Resources are all visible together in multiple windows so data can be moved using "drag and drop" to prevent the need to retype. Any clashes will be flagged up by the system, which can also be used dynamically to rearrange events to prevent them, taking the strain out of timetabling.
