Document Storage
Document Storage allows additional information of all kinds to be attached to a learner’s record to create a more comprehensive picture of an individual’s history. Centrally stored information can be made available, through ePortal, to any authorised viewer without having to be duplicated.
Whatever form the information takes, written document, statistical file, video clip, image or even URL, it can be linked to a child’s record. When reports are produced about the learner any relevant document can then be attached with a double click.
The module makes it easy to attach a single file to an individual or the same document to multiple students. By selecting a class or any other user-defined group it is possible to link a relevant document to each member with one operation. All repetition is eliminated.
