Options
With the Facility Options module learners have more choice because it enables planners to draw up the most effective timetable. It can distribute proposed options to upper school students and analyse the take-up to check feasibility. Criteria such as group size and staff availability can be programmed in to ensure the optimum balance between subjects and best use of school resources.
With the optimum options in place the program will lay the foundations for the next year’s timetable by creating groups for the different option blocks. That plan can be used directly by Facility Scheduler to set up the new timetable, avoiding duplication of data entry.
