The Resource Booking module has access to immediate information from the central database and all allocations take account of any alterations to timetable, equipment movements or changed rooms that have taken place, because the system is fully integrated.

Priorities and criteria can be pre-programmed to suit a school’s unique demands and the system allowed to perform bookings automatically, or individual requirements can be entered manually to help make best use of all resources.  

Additional security settings control bookings so that specific contacts can only book rooms that are relevant to their needs.  In the case of use by external customers the system can even deliver billing details for invoice production.
