Facility Scheduler is a powerful and effective tool that can deal effectively with routine timetable planning and any unexpected changes that might occur. Scheduler manages both time and resources to ensure their most efficient use.
A pre-defined list of potential events is included in the package but the module can also be fully programmed to a school's unique circumstances. Rules and strategies can be defined to meet individual requirements with priorities and restraints set in advance.
All resources are visible on-screen together in multiple windows and data can be moved using "drag and drop" removing the need to retype. The system flags up any clashes but can also be used dynamically to rearrange them if necessary, taking the strain out of timetabling.
