Many of our learners will be living in challenging circumstances and will have complex needs.
Preparing our learners for life cannot be achieved in isolation of understanding contexts, listening, helping and advising where possible.
In particular our approach and curriculum will provide young people with the skills to be life-long learners able to deal with transition points throughout their lives.
To achieve this our focus for learning will be on

- An employability and enterprise-led curriculum
