Serco College is committed to ensuring young people develop the skills and knowledge they need for their future working lives. We achieve this by working in close partnership with employers, businesses and voluntary organisations.
From mentoring and work experience to vocational taster days and curriculum input; by taking an integrated approach and developing bespoke support packages we can offer many different ways of getting involved to ensure the best of the public, private and voluntary sector is harnessed to support a young learner's development.
