Frances Carey, HR director
Frances Carey joined Serco in 2006 from the RAC, where she was HR Director of the business to business arm of the company, responsible for 6 divisions, working with key contracts with the MoD and British Airways and on bids such as Met Police. Prior to this she directed HR at the L’Oréal Group in both the UK and Canada.
