John Taylor, Group Director of Major Programmes
John Taylor is on secondment from Serco Group as the Programme Director of Programme Cyclamen. John was previously with Serco Integrated Transport, where he was Managing Director, Transportation Technologies. John is responsible for taking the Cyclamen contract forward into full deployment.
