Elaine has been Business Development Director since Serco’s acquisition of Premier Custodial Group in 2003.   Prior to that she was Managing Director of Premier while it was a joint venture between Serco and Wackenhut, a US company.

Elaine joined Premier in 2000 having spent 15 years in the construction industry where she as a partner in a civil and structural designs consultancy firm.   After taking time out to do an MBA, Elaine joined HM Prison Service in 1995 to manage the prison estate before becoming Director of Security.
