If travelling from Glasgow, leave the M77/A77 at the Bellfield Interchange. (Q8 filling station sits on the roundabout). Head for the A76 to Dumfries. The prison is located approximately one mile from the roundabout.
Bus Station telephone number is 01563 525192. Take X76 from Kilmarnock to Cumnock, which runs every 5 minutes to the hour. The bus stop is outside the prison.
