Kilmarnock Resettlement
Within the Resettlement Department a team of skilled officers assist and support prisoners in developing their plans for the future and eventual release back into society.
The Throughcare Link Centre provides the following list of services to prisoners and their families:

- Wisegroup

- Lighthouse Foundation
- Samaritans
These agencies continue the plans first made in prison by extending them outside and into the community.
