Tom Riall, Chief Executive
Tom Riall joined Serco in March 2005 as the Chief Executive of Serco’s Home Affairs business, which combined both the Premier Custodial Group and Serco Justice.
In January 2007, Tom assumed a wider responsibility extending across Home Affairs, Health and other Central Government departments as Chief Executive of Serco Civil Government.
He has held a number of senior roles in the Support Services Sector, most recently as Managing Director of Reliance Secure Task Management Ltd from 2001 to 2004, a specialist provider of support services principally to the Criminal Justice Sector.
Prior to that he was Managing Director of Onyx UK Ltd, the large French owned Waste Management Subsidiary of Vivendi.
A graduate of Durham University and with an MBA from the City Business School in London, Tom's early career was in the Armed Forces where he served in a variety of roles principally in Germany, Cyprus and Northern Ireland.
