Our culture is based on clear, firmly held values, including a determination to be straightforward and easy to deal with, professional and flexible. We're proud of our relatively flat management structure and our open and informal relationships. We believe in decisions being taken as close as possible to the point at which a service is delivered - that's how we maintain our agility and our constant focus on adding value. So it's vital that large numbers of people have the understanding they need to take decisions in line with our objectives. Our deeply embedded culture is a powerful part of making this possible.
