Elaine Simpson, Managing Director, Serco Education & Children’s Services
Elaine has the overall responsibility for Serco’s three large education and children’s services contracts in Walsall, Bradford and Stoke, our DfES Children’s Centres contract, our consultancy business and business development in the Education and Children’s Services area of work.
Elaine joined Serco in January 2003 as Managing Director for Education Walsall in which role she supported the transformation of education services in Walsall. Prior to joining Serco, Elaine was Chief Education Officer in Sefton where she worked for 5 years and has extensive Local Authority experience covering every area of Education support services.
