Partnership Approach
If your organisation is interested in becoming part of our Phase 2 delivery network, please click here
Serco's approach to delivering employment services is through Subcontractor networks, building on the Department for Work and Pensions' vision of the Prime Contractor model.
In developing our tenders for Flexible New Deal Phase 1, we built diverse networks of Subcontractors from the public, private and voluntary sectors, and together we jointly created local, tailored and flexible solutions.
Serco is now in the process of preparing for Flexible New Deal Phase 2. As with Phase 1, Serco's preferred delivery model is to partner with the very best organisations already operating within the welfare-to-work space. We are also keen to explore how this approach to delivery might be applicable to other forthcoming DWP opportunities.
