David Perkins has Retired

David Perkins, an Executive Director of Serco Group plc, has retired as a Director of the Company with effect from 22 October 1997 to pursue other interests. Chairman George Gray thanked Mr Perkins, who has been a Director since September 1986 for the role he has played within the Company and his significant contribution to the success of the Group.
