Nimbus Holdings Proposed Acquisition of National Air Traffic Services Ltd

Further to the announcement by the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry earlier today, Serco is delighted with the Office of Fair Trading's response to its enquiry regarding competition issues arising from the bid.
The only issue which has arisen is in respect of training of UK air traffic control personnel. Serco is pleased to give the undertaking to the OFT to provide airport ATC training courses to third parties on a non-discriminatory basis.
