Analyst Meetings

Serco Group plc (“Serco”) announces that it will be meeting with analysts over the next two days following the close of its six month trading period to 30 June 2003.During the first half there continued to be a strong flow of new contracts and opportunities. As indicated at the Annual General Meeting on 6 May 2003, trading continues to be in line with market expectations. The Board remains confident of achieving double-digit growth both this year and over the longer term.
Serco will be announcing its interim results on Wednesday 3 September 2003.
