Change of Company Secretary

The Board of Serco Group plc (the "Group") has resolved that with effect from today, 2 February 2005, Joanne Roberts be appointed Company Secretary of the Group. Joanne is a Chartered Accountant who trained with PricewaterhouseCoopers and joined the Group in April 2004. Julia Cavanagh moves within the Group to become Finance Director of the Government Services division.
The Board wishes to place on record its thanks to Julia for her contribution as Company Secretary since her appointment in April 1999 and to wish her every success in her new role within the Group.
