Board Change

The Board of Serco Group plc announces that, following a streamlining of reporting structures, the role of Chief Operating Officer is no longer required and that the Chief Operating Officer, Grant Rumbles, is leaving the company.
Under the new reporting structure, the divisional chief executives will now report directly to Group Chief Executive Christopher Hyman.
The Board would like to thank Grant for his contribution to the Group over the last 25 years and wishes him success for the future.
